•  Panels will not crack, blister, or delaminate.
• Panels will remain watertight when installed and sealed according to the installation guidelines provided by us.

When The Customers Can Claim?

• If your panels fail to meet the above standards due to a manufacturing defect, we will:
• Replace the defective panels with the same design.
• Replace the defective panels with an equivalent design if the original is unavailable.

Refund the purchase price for the defective panels if unable to replace them.

The Warranties Conditions You Must Know!

For this Warranties to remain valid, the installation and maintenance of wall paneling must be according to our instructions.

• Use of approved adhesive and sealant: Our verified panels and sealants must be used in the installation process.
• Proficient installation: Only expert professionals must take part in the installation process of wall panels.
• Indoor Application Only: The panels must be installed indoors within a temperature range between 18°C to 25°C. As they’re not designed for outdoor applications and no claims are valid if done so.
• Storage and Handling: The wall panels damaged due to mishandling or under storage due to high moisture conditions are not covered under this Warranties and claim Return policy.

What’s Not Covered?

This Warranties and wall panel damage claim does not apply in the following cases;

• Transport or handling damage.
• Faulty installation or failure to follow installation guidelines.
• Failure to maintain the silicone seal or use of improper cleaning agents (such as bleach, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals).
• Cracks, cuts, or scratches caused by hard objects or sharp tools. This also includes normal wear and tear like friction marks, surface scratches, or minor finish damages.
• Color matching and sheen levels should be verified before installation. Claims related to minor differences in appearance due to lighting or viewing angles are not covered.
