Our Return Policy For Purchased Items

Our return policy is valid till the 30th day after receiving the product and after that, we don’t entertain product return requests. Here is the eligibility criteria for returns and exchanges;

1. Used products are not eligible for return and won’t be accepted.
2. We don’t entertain product return requests without proof of purchase.
3. Returns will only be accepted after prior authorization from our customer service team.
4. Items returned to us without approval from our customer assistance will not be considered returned.
5. Damaged products/items (due to customers negligence) are non-returnable.

Customized orders are non-returnable.

Return Process

• To initiate a product return, please email us at info@wallpanelsdubai.com.
• Our customer assistance officials will review your request within 3 working days.
• In case your return is considered valid, we provide you with address details and shipping instructions to send the product.

After product receipt, our professionals conduct a final review, and if the product is considered eligible for a refund, we process your request and return your payment within 2-5 working days.

Return Shipping Costs

• In the case of a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are covered by the company.
• However, if you’re returning the item due to a change of mind or any other reason, you have to bear the product shipping cost back to us.
  

  What About Refunds?

  You can claim a refund for an eligible product returned to the company instead of return and exchange.

  Guidelines About Order Cancellations

  You can cancel the order before it’s shipped to your address. Therefore, you should contact us after order placement as soon as you’ve changed your mind.
